How do I book?
Planning an event? Simply choose your package, then send us your event date, time and location. We’ll check availability and send over a confirmation to secure hire your special day
What happens after I book?
Once your booking form is complete, we’ll ask you for a 50% deposit to secure your date
Do you set everything up?
Yes! We’ll deliver the equipment to your venue, we’ll handle all the setup and pack down, so you can relax and enjoy the day with your little tribe
Where can the soft play be set up?
Our equipment can be set up indoors, or outdoors on flat grass (weather permitting). We’ll always help guide you on what works best for your space
Do you offer outdoor hire?
Sunshine parties? Yes please!
Outdoor bookings are available during the warmer months, with a few little things to keep your play safe and comfortable:
• The setup area needs to be flat, clean and free from dirt or gravel
• If the ground is wet or muddy, we won’t be able to set up, so please make sure it’s nice and dry
• We recommend a shaded spot or gazebo, as our soft play can get very warm in direct sunlight
A little weather note:
• Set up can only go ahead in dry conditions (no rain)
• We always recommend having a plan B indoors, just in case the weather changes
• If an indoor option isn’t available, we won’t be able to offer a refund
We’ll always do our very best to make outdoor parties work beautifully, we just want to make sure everything is safe, comfy and perfect for your little tribe
What ages is Tiny Tribe suitable for?
Our soft play is designed for little ones aged under 6, making it perfect for toddlers and young children to play safely and happily
Do I need to supervise the children?
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to keep everyone safe and happy. Unless specifically booked, we won’t be with you for the duration of then party
Can children eat or drink near the equipment?
We kindly ask that all food and drinks are kept away from the soft play to keep everything clean and safe
Are there any restrictions during play?
To keep everything looking lovely and safe for all:
• No shoes (socks only)
• No face paint, glitter, slime or confetti
• No sharp objects
What access do you need for setup?
We require easy ground-level access unless agreed otherwise in advance, so we can safely bring in and set up the equipment
What if the equipment gets very dirty?
We completely understand little ones love to play! However, excessively dirty equipment may incur a small additional cleaning fee

Rules of Play

• Shoes off, socks on
• No food or drink
• No face paint, glitter, slime or confetti

• Adult supervision at all times

Can I cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your event.
Cancellations within 7 days of your hire will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full (minus any security deposits).
If we ever need to cancel due to bad weather or for safety reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or we’ll happily help you move your booking to another date
All cancellations must be made in writing via email
As our soft play is hired as seen, we’re unable to offer refunds once the hire has taken place.
What happens if the soft play is damaged?
We ask for a £50 damage deposit, which will be retained if any equipment is damaged
If the damage exceeds this amount, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged
We want everyone to have the best time, but as a small business, we do need to cover any damages
How long is the hire for?
All of our packages include 3 hours of play time
Need a little longer? Extra hours can be added for £20 per hour, and we also offer full-day and overnight hire for an additional fee
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based near Harrogate and Wetherby and usually cover within a 15 mile radius
Delivery and collection fees may vary depending on location. We’re always happy to travel further, so just pop us a message with your postcode for a quote
Do you offer entertainment?
Oh yes… and it’s a little bit magic
Add a 40-minute Tiny Tribe party session packed with music, dancing, sensory fun and instruments — guaranteed giggles from start to finish
We’ll tailor everything to your party theme, creating a really special moment for your little one and their friends
